Her heritage also includes ties to the Mi’kmaq (Micmac) people, whose history is interwoven with the Acadians. She later discovered ancestors who perished during the Salem witch trials, a powerful reminder of the intuition, resilience, and quiet magic carried through her bloodline.
After a forced move to Colorado following COVID-era layoffs, Michelle found unexpected transformation.
